Yirgacheffe is an area in southern Ethiopia that is a part of the Sidamo region. These wonderful beans have been split into their own microregion since they are infamous among coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
They are grown in 2,000 m and higher elevations on rocky, fertile, green terrain. You can expect to taste delicate citrus and floral flavours that were naturally processed.
